Shellie joined the team in 2012. Her interest in the paranormal stemmed from an experience that occurred when she was 6 years old. She has always been a bit skeptical and enjoys the thrill of the hunt for paranormal activity. Her favorite device is the K2 meter, which she has had lots of success using during investigations. She enjoys helping people in need of team assistance. Researching the history of a location and cross referencing it with evidence collected, make this a very interesting hobby. The paranormal is ever changing, with new research and equipment that is created to help understand this unknown area. Whether she is doing research, talking to people or investigating the unknown, she really enjoys working with this team.
Craig's interest in the paranormal stemmed from early spirit activity that occurred in his family between the ages of 6-18. He has completed extensive research in the paranormal and was previously with a TAPS family team based out of Portland, Oregon. He was their special consultant/special case manager, with the International Paranormal Reporting Group and then Rain City Paranormal. He has been a member with The P.A.S.T. is Present for over 6 years. He has a BA from the University of WA and a Master's Degree in Education from Heritage University. He is active on a majority of investigations and provides training to the team upon request.

Emma joined the team almost a year ago. Her interest in the paranormal was sparked when she found an amazing book called, "Chariots of the Gods?" by Erich Von Daniken, in her hight school library. Since then she has been fascinated by UFO's, the paranormal and anything strange. She watches "Ghost Adventures" and "Dead Files" and has been involved in a deliverance ministry. Now that she has retired, she plans to be more involved with research in the paranormal.
Richard joined the team a little over a year ago. He is considered the skeptic of the group, even though he has always been interested in everything paranormal, from ghosts to cryptics. He is looking forward to having the experience of a lifetime that will change him from a skeptic to a true believer.
Gloria has always been interested in the paranormal. Her first experience was seeing a shadow figure, when she was about 3 years old. She continues to see them today. A skeptic at heart, she is always looking for a rational explanation for strange occurrences. Gloria is extremely empathetic and can relate to clients easily. She recently joined the team, and is really enjoying being an investigator.
Her name is Denise, but most people call her Dee Dee. She is not your typical new school ghost hunter. She considers herself "old school," and has been in the paranormal field for over 40 years. She usually does things on her own, or with other people, friends and family. Dee Dee likes to tell people that the "famous ghost hunters" weren't even born when she started to do paranormal research with her sister. Her research deals with all phases of the paranormal: aliens, ufo's, cryptozoology, religion, hauntings and more. She joined The P.A.S.T. is Present in October 2017 and her journey continues...
Edward has been interested in the paranormal for a long time. Cryptozoology has been his main interest. He has done research through documentaries, books and other sources. Currently he is interested in learning about skin walkers. Richard joined the team about a year ago.
Koreena has been a member of the team since the beginning of 2011. It has been an amazing experience for her. Her early interest in the paranormal began with an encounter at the age of 8. Her family went to a reunion in Montana and along the way they visited the Old State Prison. She vividly remembers feeling intense energy (although she wasn't sure what that was at such a young age). Her mom began describing a similar experience after the visit to the prison. That was when she began to comprehend what it was that she experienced. About six months after the purchase of her first home, she had an encounter with "two unseen occupants." Koreena's interest in the paranormal was heightened by this new experience. She has always loved history and it amazes her how paranormal activity, history, personal experiences and documented evidence all fit together, like pieces of a puzzle. She likes how the team gets opportunities to help both the living and those in other realms of existence.
When I met Koreena, who is now my wife, she had been with the P.A.S.T. is Present for a very short period of time. Listening to her stories, I became interested in the technological aspect of searching for the paranormal. At first, I was skeptical, but after being with the team, I became more of a believer after going over all of the evidence that we collected. I have been with the group over 4 years now and I am still learning a great deal about the paranormal.
